Ingredients

Ingredients: gluten free flour blend (white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), organic cane sugar, cream of tartar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum

You Will Need

¼ cup TBSP butter
(or dairy alternative) softened, not melted

2 TBSP apple sauce 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
(optional)

Baking Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 375, or 350 for dark baking sheet.

STIR together softened butter and applesauce in a large bowl until smooth. 

ADD cookie mix to bowl. Stir until dough is formed. 

SCOOP dough with a round tablespoon and shape into a ball. Roll in cinnamon sugar mixture (optional). Place 2” apart on lined baking sheet. Makes 16 cookies.

BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES or until cookies start to brown around the edges. (Bake time may vary)

PRESS down the top of cookies with back of a tablespoon immediately after removing from oven.

COOL for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
